Lisa Maria at Sit Means Sit has been a life saver. We don't know what we would of done with our dog Wellington. She has given us the knowledge and her expertise to help us train our puppy. With a short time we have seen a tremendous improvements. I know we still have a ways to go, but with Lisa Marie's help I am sure our puppy nightmares will be over. Our foster dog was not named 'Sparkle' for nothing. She loves every human alive and demonstrates it by wildly leaping all over them. She's 60 lbs of blondness who deposits her wavy fur till she's satisfied her new friends are amply covered. More distressingly, our friends think it's funny and affectionate. We think it's insane. Sparkle is true misery at the end of a leash; she pulls, jaywalks and trips us whenever she feels like it. I have a closet full of collars that have not worked--choke, prong, Martingale, Halti; you name it, she's defeated it. I contacted the irresistibly named "Sit Means Sit", visually imagining Sparkle privately snickering at the title because Sit does not mean Sit to her--but Lisa Marie had other plans. Without giving her secrets away, I will only mention Lisa Marie's patience and ability to reflect on what Sparkle is doing, and why. (No, it's not trying to drive us blindingly insane so she can inherit our house and cars. It's even more diabolical.) After a few short weeks, Sparkle now walks on a leash without enfeebling our arms by pulling them out of the sockets. When friends come over, Sparkle, though still ecstatic to see them, no longer jumps so enthusiastically she has to literally be peeled off their bodies. Whatever Lisa Marie does has toned down her overly jealous reactions. She still sparkles, but she no longer leaps and clings by putting her arms around her victim's waist, or comes dangerously close to shattering human limbs. I'm happy, her dad's happy and Sparkle's happy because she doesn't get yelled at any more and Lisa Marie must be very happy indeed to have successfully tamed a monstrous beast into a well-behaved dog. We are currently utilizing Sit Means Sit to assist us with training our three year old male Pomeranian. Lisa-Marie and her partner are very professional and thorough in their directions with Oso which we greatly appreciate. Oso was not very disciplined but after his first session he showed great improvement in his behavior. In our second session today Oso was very attentive and responded to commands very well.

Sit Means Sit Long Beach is an amazing! We have our one year old Husky in training with them and they have worked wonders in a very short period of time. Our Husky is very stubborn and has zero recall when we started, but after just one lesson, she now comes when called without a problem and even if there are big distractions. We cannot thank Sit Means Sit Long Beach enough for their help! We highly recommend this trainer to anyone looking to see actual results from their dog training.
