Sit Means Sit Dog Training Licking Valley

My dog, Stella, recently completed Fast and Furriest training with Sit Means Sit, Licking Valley. Stella showed up at my home about 18 months ago in the middle of the Winter. She has severe anxiety. I cannot say enough positive things or recommend Erica, Rick, and Kayla enough. They are patient, knowledgeable, and it's evident that they truly care about making a difference. I consulted with several dog trainers immediately after Stella attacked another dog in my home. The incident was terrifying and traumatic and resulted in injuries to my other dog. I was incredibly anxious after this happened. My main goal was for Stella to be able to remain in her home. When I spoke with Erica, she was understanding and empathetic. She took the time to listen to my feelings and concerns and also validated my feelings. I felt really confident that Sit Means Sit was the right fit for us. Stella made significant progress, including increasing her self-confidence, decreasing her anxiety, and learning various commands. I also have gained confidence, which is really important as my family works on moving forward and not having constant anxiety about "what if" an incident happens again. We have reintroduced Stella and my other dog and this has gone great. Erica, Rick, and Kayla gave me the training tools and confidence needed to help Stella to have the best quality of life possible and for my animal companions to safely cohabitate moving forward. Thank you Erica, Rick, and Kayla for being wonderful and helping my family move forward from what happened and focusing on having a happy and safe future together.

If we could give Sit Means Sit 10 stars, we would! We had been wanting to get our dog trained since he was a puppy however we held off until now (he is 3) . We have a very large, very protective mixed breed doggy who has been leash reactive and over protective of our home and yard his entire life. After training with Erica and Kayla, our dog Jameson is a completely different dog. We feel confident being able to take him places with us now which was one of our biggest goals. Jameson seems more confident and calm each time we leave the house which was never the case before. We cannot recommend them enough. Whether you have a puppy or an older dog, they can work with you!

We can’t say enough about Sit Means Sit and Kayla. Our Zack is the sweetest, but sometimes too sweet. He was overenthusiastic when greeting friend and foe. He needed to learn to walk politely on a leash, too. Our biggest challenges were his fear of getting in and out of the car or going up and down stairs. Thanks to Kayla and her determination, all our goals for him have been accomplished. His love for her was apparent. Thank you!
