We have a Jack Russell that was trained by you and all is good. BUT we need to do something in regards to digging - which is probably part of their natural instincts. We can zap him when we see him digging but we don't always catch him in the act.
I have found that sprinkling a tablespoon of cayenne pepper works great for places that I don't want Aurora digging

What age is appropriate to start training. I have a golden retriever that's nine weeks old. She plays extremely rough.. Worried as I have a granddaughter 3 years old. Do you have a class available for her?

They put on a good display as you walk in about awards dogs they have trained at dog shows. I suppose if you want a dog show trained dog their training regimen is good for that. But I had a specific behavior issue to deal with in my dog. After $1500 and six training sessions with a shock collar, they taught my dog to sit, come, heel, and jump up on stuff. I already taught my dog how to do all of that within a week of owning him, and I did it using simple voice commands and finger snaps, no shock collar. They only addressed the behavior issue I spent over a thousand dollars for them to fix in the last ten minutes of the last two training sessions. If you have a puppy that you are training for a dog show, they might be perfect for you. If you have a specific behavior problem to fix. Go somewhere else. At this point I feel like I paid $1,500 for a $180 shock collar. Caveat Emptor.
