We’ve had an awesome experience with Sit Means Sit! Mike was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and thorough not only with our pup but with us as well, ensuring we understood each command and knew how to implement the training on our own at home.
We came in with three priorities: to get our pup to stop leash pulling, jumping on people, and reacting aggressively to other dogs.
By our third class, our pup has stopped jumping on us and visitors, walks nicely on leash, and stays calm even when unfamiliar dogs are around. The progress has been incredible, and we honestly can’t thank Mike enough. We’re blown away by how much our dog has improved — it’s like we have a whole new pup!

We’ve already seen great results with our 9 month old puppy and we feel like we were given the tools to continue on our own as she grows. Definitely recommend!

Mike at Sit Means Sit is the best of the best! We brought our giant schnauzer puppy in for several training sessions and also continued all the training techniques at home. Our giant schnauzer is now 10 months old and knows his commands—he hangs out in the front yard off leash with our neighbors and neighborhood kids, he goes to all kid practices with us at the park, stays on place, sits, and walks right next to me on all walks without bothering or barking at distractions. We are extremely fortunate that we found Mike and listened to all of his training tips and tricks. Let me tell you that spending the money to have a well-trained dog you can take everywhere with you is worth every penny. I recommend Sit Means Sit and Mike to anyone and everyone looking for a dog trainer because you will not find anywhere better! The BEST!

She has amazing recall, places when guests come over, walks like a dream on the leash, I’m just shocked. I thought it would be more difficult since she started training at age 2 but nope… Mike did a wonderful job! Highly recommend. I’m even convinced to get another puppy because of how good and disciplined our current pup is. It’s amazing, night and day difference, I couldn’t recommend Mike more!
