We were having issues with barking, uncontrollable pulling, chasing smaller children, etc. Let me start by saying we shopped around to various “well known”, much larger, fancy name options but went with Mike @ Sit Means Sit. His pricing wasn’t the cheapest in town, but his experience by far was unmatched and worth every penny. Furthermore we could see results after just the first session! We couldn’t be more happy with the results we had and the opportunity to train with Mike. We’ve spent countless amounts on previous trainers with subpar results. If you are searching for a trainer, I strongly encourage you to give him a try. You won’t regret it guaranteed!

We rescued our boy Jake, he is a Border Collie mix with lots of energy. He was sweet, but totally out of control. He barked and lunged at everyone and every other animal he saw. In the house he charged the door whenever anyone came to our house. We sought out Mike from Sit means Sit. After working with Mike we can actually walk our dog without craziness. He can be around other people and animals without him barking and jumping all over them. He truly had a transformation . Even our vet commented on how much of a difference the training has made with our sweet boy. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we recommend him to all our friends.
Mike is great! Easy scheduling, makes it easy to continue teaching the dog after sessions. Works with the whole family to make sure our puppy hears the same thing from all of us to help her retain the lessons.
We had a great experience with Mike! He is very knowledgeable about training and he takes the time to ask a lot of questions to help you really address your concerns. Very impressed with this program and the outcome!
