Yes, they do. Once you complete the basics you go to group class so your dog so do speak gets used to different experiences, people, other dogs, and still have a successful life around every day life situations. It is amazing, and it's right on where your dog's needs are worked on (not individually necessarily) along with the others in the class. You can ask questions and review the videos on your individual dog train. It's really good!

How do you train a dog not to be aggressive to other dogs
Yes, my dog was very reactive to people and dogs. He still is to some degree but SMS has helped a GREAT deal and given excellent insight on how do deal in different situations. Keep in mind that this is continuous process; does not get resolved overnight. They worked on other issues as well at the same time. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely changed our dogs behavior and ability to be around each other. I have a 9 yr old Lab/Hound mix and a 6mos old Mastiff/Rotti mix. Older dog got tired of young dog and got to the point of not being able to let them near each other. SMS helped us to train them both, control them better and give us the tools to make our house dog friendly again. Alex, our trainer, worked with the dogs apart and together to get them to become: 1. better listeners 2. more confident around each other 3. capable of being near each other but not worry about it This is still work in progress and you have to put in the work with your trainer as not only is the dog getting trained, you are too. It was work every dime to be able to feel better about the relationship between these two animals.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Marty truly understands dogs and explains everything in a clear, supportive way. The training was tailored specifically to our dog’s personality & needs. The transformation has been incredible, and we feel so much more confident as owners. Worth every penny!
