I cannot say enough good things about Sit Means Sit in Keller and the incredible staff there. Honestly, the very first day Ollie came home from training, almost every single reason I brought him in was already fixed - and I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like a miracle. It genuinely brought me to tears. One example that still blows my mind: there’s another intact male dog that lives near me. I’m friends with his owner, but anytime that dog was around, Ollie would nonstop bark and completely lose focus. Having a simple conversation was impossible. The first night I brought Ollie home from training, we had an abrupt run-in with them - they walked out of their door and we were maybe seven feet apart. Instead of reacting, Ollie immediately sat calmly at my right side and just looked up at me the entire time while I stood there and had a full conversation. No barking. No tension. Just calm, focused obedience. The staff doesn’t just train dogs, they change lives. They were patient, knowledgeable, and so clearly cared about Ollie as an individual. Walks are finally peaceful. Our bond is stronger. And I feel confident and relaxed handling my dog now. If you’re on the fence about training, don’t be. This place is worth every penny and then some. I wish I would have started sooner. Oh, and the group classes are a blast! I love watching my dog’s confidence build in real time!
