Mindy, the general manager was very confident and encouraging.
Within an hour I had an evaluation and was set up with the trainer that I was able to take him within a couple days.
Penny, was also very encouraging and texted me every night that Lucas was in her care .
I can tell that this business has their standard operating procedures in place, and I would highly recommend them.
I know we have more work to do but now I have hope that we have the support and the knowledge I did not have before to help him live his best life

Personally, I did not have the best experience with them. Would not recommend for someone who has a high energy pup, training to be a service dog or have a not so standard dog name. One of the trainers actually told me that she was not going to say my pups name because she couldn’t pronounce it. My dogs name is four letters and two syllables so she decided to name him something else during class. I really felt disrespected after that and left the group. I also felt like an outsider when I was present during these classes. There was one trainer who was the exception. She took an interest to help and that was Penny. I will say by dealing with these trainers, I’ve learned what to look for and what to expect from a dog trainer. You would actually think they would be more engaging when dealing with people who have service and emotional support dogs even though I was told they work with SDIT. We are constantly out in the public and people are constantly asking who I recommend to train their dogs? This organization is never one of them.
