Sit Means Sit Dog Training Corpus Christi is bar none the best! Wes took a 7 month old puppy and led Snoop to understand leadership within our household. Wes gave us the critical tools we needed to help train our dog Snoop to have manners, listen, and be a wonderful companion to our family. Not only did Wes train Snoop but he trained US! He guided us to know how to best lead Snoop. I truly don't think words can ever accurately describe the gratefulness and appreciation we have for Wes and the SIT MEANS SIT TEAM! The encouragement,leadership, help, knowledge, genuine love and care for our puppy, and just their patience is bar none amazing. You won't find a better program out there. Wow! What a great experience. Never did i think my chihuahua could do all that he has learned. Between how clean and professional the space and staff is. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering training their dog. River and Wes both made me feel comfortable and welcome, they were so encouraging any time i needed some advice or over thought it. They are both so good at what they do and are highly educated. If you’re looking for a team to care and educate/train your dog as you would if you had the ability, trust this team! As someone who has always believed in board and train programs for my puppies, I fully intended to sign my new puppy, Berty, up once I did my research on Sit Means Sit. During my initial consultation with Wes, he completely changed my mind. I never realized the importance of not only the dog being trained, but the owner as well. I chose to put Berty through the Day Train program (every Tuesday for three weeks) and it was not only the best decision I could have made for her, but for me as well. The dedicated time Wes and River spent with her the first day of the training session was a game changer. At pick up time, “pawrents“ go through an hour long session as well. I couldn’t believe the results for both of us in just one session. Over the next two weeks, Berty completely transformed. I was also transformed as I now understood the importance of my participation in her training. She went from a puppy that had two modes, chaos or coma, to a puppy who actually listened, acted and felt comfortable doing do. Wes and River, I can’t thank you enough for the time you invested in Berty. We are looking forward to the continued education with the group sessions! Your talent with not only training dogs, but also training people is unmatched. Your compassion for them, so appreciated. The best take away for me was your passion for training dogs to be their best and educating me as an “pawrent” to know that it’s not a perfect process… to have fun with your pup.
