Micah, I haven't received the refund I was promised by JD or yourself. To clarify, that's $8,000+/- you owe me and you've clearly decided not to pay. I will now escalate the situation in hopes of getting my well deserved refund. The video you're aware of will soon be posted to the internet for everyone to see your company's true colors. I will also proceed with internet posts everywhere, detailing what you and your company has done to me. This could have been very easy if you kept your word, but you didn't, so here it goes.....

My trainer Jaden has been amazing with my dog. I rescued my dog almost six years ago and he had the basics down. But I had just been coasting on those basics for years. Over the years he has developed separation anxiety and I didn’t help matters by working from home. He’s very smart but also very stubborn. Jaden helped to re-teach the basics as well as some advanced techniques. At the same time teaching me to not let his stubbornness rule the day. We have gotten a better balance and routine and his overall confidence has seemed to improve as well! We graduated to the group training all while still practicing the techniques we’ve already learned everyday! Yes, they use e-collars in their teachings, which I was totally against at first, but as long as you use them in the right way with training yourself, they can be a huge help in creating a better quality of life for your dog and you. I have used Sit Means Sit to train my last 2 german shepherds. I was pleased with the results and am now using them to train my shepherd / malamute mix. My main problem with Pulsanti is he is stubborn. His main problem with me is my lack of patience at times. My trainer, Jaden worked with my pup and taught him the usual commands of sit, stay, heel, etc., but she also showed and continues to show me how to keep him focused and not get impatient with him. So this is training for both owner and puppy/dog. We started group classes today, where he is around other dogs and learning to listen even through distractions. Jaden was there to facilitate the class today. He and I have far to go but a plus of the program is they are there not only for the initial training, but for any issues you may have over the years with your puppy. I'm looking forward to a continuing relationship with Jaden and Sit Means Sit for many years to come.
