FirstBarkAll the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with their training. They are very good at listening to you and if you mention something you want to work on they will 100% do so. Although pricey, these classes were amazing and after 4 lessons, our dog was well behaved and listening to commands. We are very impressed with the results and service. Highly recommend!

Is socialist something you do for dogs?
With my pup they started slow depending on the issue they have dogs who are pre trained that work with your pup unless there are concerns but on the good side once your dog is ready they offer group classes but baby steps first start small and work your way up. Introducing pets and other animals can be hard but allowing them to meet on uncommon ground normally work's best I have seen my pup go through two stages of the training so far and she's ready for group classes but we haven't been in really excited. Trust is a big thing for pets you need to relax and have trust if your unsure then your pet will be unsure which can cause socialization to be an issue but the trainers will work with not only the pet but the owners as well I strongly recommend you try them out and see if you like it.

These ppl are not bad by no means but I think wht they charge to train isn't reasonable and so many other dog trainers out there offered me way better prices and there were a couple at some of the local pet stores that offered training for me for about 250 to 300 that's more like it I just chose to do it on my own.

Yes, they do and what they charge is well worth it! It's not just the training. The price includes other things as well. For insurance, when we completed the individual sessions, we graduated to the group module. There is so much to be learned in the group. We can attend as often as possible - which we do at 4x per week. I definitely recommend them! If nothing else, at least call them to check for yourself.

My puppy is doing the 2 week board and train program and I couldn’t recommend Sit means Sit for training more. During the first week he spent there at 4months old, I received pictures and/or updates daily that eased my worries and helped me build my trust with the trainers/program. We’ve worked with Nick initially, Skylar, and Chris so far and each trainer has been incredibly patient with both Jasper(the pup) and myself. This is my first time training a dog and of course, Jasper’s first time being trained and having the help and support from Sit means Sit and all of their staff has been extremely helpful. Jasper is only 6months old and in the first level of his training and the progress has been apparent each time we visit. We look forward to future group classes and training sessions and would highly recommend this training program to anyone who is new to having a pup.

What truly sets Chris apart is his exceptional communication. We had to travel during the training process, and he kept us completely updated with amazing, consistent check-ins. Our dog is now significantly more obedient, calm, and manageable around other dogs. If you are dealing with leash reactivity or aggression, we cannot recommend Chris and Sit Means Sit enough! We continue to go to group lessons and enjoy our time at Sit Means Sit!
We started training with our dog reactive dog in May. Ever since then things are going great. He can be in the same room or even on a very short distance with other dogs without crashing out. We never thought this would be possible but we’re very happy with the results and keep working with sit means sit.
