This program will definitely work if YOU work the program. Unfortunately, after great success, my husband was not on board. Even though my little Shorkie Micky was hit by a car prior to the training, he refused to use the collar or use the commands. There must be consistency. After 8 months, Micky still responds to commands, but he was an easier pet to take visiting and was calmer and much less distracted when training than he is now .Be prepared for your pet to be different during training. I never saw a dog that could pout for a month. Was it difficult? Yes. We are older so it's like being pet grandparents. It is an investment, and we had to cut out some things and it wasn't easy. However, picking my little dog up off the street was infinitely harder, was very traumatic and cost thousands of dollars. He recovered; I never will. I apologize for the length of this review, but I truly believe in this program.
We had a wonderful training experience with our four year old lab. Happy with the results and the support that the trainers provide both during and after sessions are completed.
