When we came here I was not very confident in his behavior getting better, but Heather listened to our concerns and has worked with Maverick on those behaviors as well as teaching him other behavior skills. He walks by me and listens to heel. Calmly walks up and down steps. Of course we needed training and still do but you can see the improvements every week and we are only lesson 4. I am excited to see how he will progress as we get further through the training program.
