Just like in life, you really do get what you pay for. We decided to enroll our adorable 4-month-old mini dachshund in training, and honestly, it’s been one of the best choices we've made. Not only are we helping her become a wonderful therapy dog, but we’re also laying the groundwork for her to enjoy a happy, successful life as a little dog who doesn’t bark too much. Her trainers, Cierra and Shelby, are absolutely wonderful—so knowledgeable and caring. They’ve gone above and beyond what we expected, and Ember absolutely adores them both. I’m truly thankful for Sit Means Sit, their genuine love for pets, and all the amazing skills and lessons they share. If you're looking for a training program that teaches your pups and you, look no further. Because, let’s be honest, training your pets is a team effort for long-term success. If you’re looking for a training that is impactful on your doggie. This is it! Kind lady offered a free assessment for our german shepherd in a random veterinary in town. She has the warmest attitude and seems extremely passionate about her job! We scheduled and upon arrival this great gentleman greet us at the door and went down to business from the beginning. A trainer that inspires confidence and enthusiasm! Let me tell you. He identified our training needs with our Doggo, and offered a customized training that fit our schedule. He was very honest and explained, I can help with “blank-blank” but your lifestyle is what going to determine his behavior and therefore his success rate. We signed up, for three different days plus a class for us on what he learn that specific day and well from the very first day we noticed a huge improvement on our dog. The lady who offered the program was the one who worked with doggo . And she did fantastic, she explained throughly, and had a lot of patience. Our dog love her! We have a couple more training days but since the very first one, we have been practicing what they thought him and we are pleased. He’s such an obedient boy! I believe this training is perishable, if not practiced at home, with that said, we highly recommend Sit means Sit !! Remember, you get what you pay for and since manners matter, I’ll tell you, they’re aren’t cheap & they’re also not expensive. They are what a reasonable, dog loving person would want for their pet, to be obedient, therefore safe, welcomed and loved anywhere and everywhere.

Words cannot express how much I’ve loved taking our dogs to work Shelby at Sit Means Sit. First, she planned to work with our Nala girl, and when she passed unexpectedly, Sit Means Sit let us bring our new puppy Blue. This beast (Great Dane/Mastiff) has learned so much! For a 150lb dog, everyone compliments him on how well behaved he is first and then his size second. I then signed up our newest Newfoundland Slyvie. She’s smarter than her brother but definitely more stubborn. She knows how to play the game! We’ve owned a lot of dogs, but I can honestly say there’s been a huge difference between these two and our previous woofs. My favorite aspect of bringing them to school is that Shelby ALWAYS has the best ideas for trouble shooting problems and concerns. Next up, training the loving water dog to not dig in the water bowl. Even if she doesn’t get it, I know we can always go back for more help. For us, Shelby and Sit Means Sit isn’t just going to school (which they love and know that word), it’s about knowing you have endless support when you need it in the future.
