We got a new pup over a year ago, and he was a handful! After observing Ernie in a parking lot working with another dog, my boyfriend contacted him. We did weekly sessions for several months and followed his advice on what to do to reinforce the training. All of his advice and follow ups have made a big difference! Our Salem LOVES “Uncle Ernie” and has turned into a fantastic dog. I had serious concerns when we brought Salem home because I’d never experienced a pup with his energy level. Nor had I ever needed to engage the services of a trainer. I can tell you now that it’s been money well spent! I’m so happy we met Ernie. We’ve benefited a great deal from his care and guidance on Salem, and I have no doubt that we have a happier pup, too. If you have a high energy pup or dog in need of training, look no farther. Ernie is awesome. He has a great way with dogs and he is easy about helping us lughead dog training amateurs out. Just one day with Ernie and Emma was completely different. She’s going to be much easier for Earnie to train that I will be. We are learning a new vocabulary (the words and phrases he uses as he trains her) and ways to interact with little Emma. I had our neighbor recommend us to Ernie and I am so thankful. Worth every penny and more. Can’t say enough good things about Ernie and this process.
