I can’t say enough about Alex and Sit means Sit. I moved to a four story condo and am on the fourth floor. My 95 pound lab decided elevators were not his thing. For a long month I walked him up and down four flights multiple times a day. I tried another trainer with no success. Alex came out and in less than five minute Nash was riding the elevator. He taught us how to do it. Unfortunately Nash slipped back to his old behavior that night. Alex came back and got him back on track and he now runs to the elevator wagging his tail. I am so grateful and hope to never see those stairs again. And, yes I know they are good for you but forced stairs is not. Thank you Alex and team. You are the best!!

I had my fur baby, Louie, in the 10 day immersion program and I am very happy with his results. He is a 6 month old golden doodle and he is very stubborn and gets distracted so quickly but he has gotten better after his training. Before his training with Sit means Sit he wouldn’t stand being in his crate and now he can sleep there peacefully. I highly recommend Sit means sit! Colleen is who trained Louie and who I have most of the contact with and she is great!

We had our 2x 10 month old Cane Corsos in the immersion program for 3 weeks (15 days total at the facility, and we loved that they came home for the weekends). We saw great results and and amazing confidence boost with our pups. The lifetime support and group classes available after the program have also given us confidence to continue growing and working with our big babies.
Alex, the owner, was very informative and helpful during the in home consultation which made us comfortable with our decision from day one. Colleen, our trainer, was wonderful with them (and us) and we are thankful for her support. The entire staff was great with our dogs and they love every time they go back.

She worked with him every Thursday and the difference from when we first started to his last training session was insane! He is so well behaved and I am so thankful for her and all the staff at SMS!
