FirstBarkMy then 9-month old Sheepadoodle started training with Sit Means Sit in January ‘26. She did the 4-day training with follow up group sessions that we still attend once a week. She’s a quick learner 😉 I’ve been so pleased with their trainers and program in general. This is a great option for puppy training and/or older dogs as well as dogs with behavior issues. Highly recommend!

Do you expose dogs to different environments and situations during training?
This is our favorite. During our trainings we train around many other dogs, go on field trips all around the community and of course our group classes are where we create confidence building drills for real life scenarios. You can find us at Scheels, Home Depot, Lowes, surrounding parks, pet stores, outside of dog parks, and more!

All of our dogs also love to come back to the building to see the trainers for their weekly training sessions. When the dogs love the people, you know they are good! He was a counter surfer, took food from toddlers, jump on people and not able to take him on a walk without loosing an arm. We dropped him off and the updates through the app were great! Sage was his main trainer and she did an excellent job! She loves her job and she loved Layne like her own! He had been out one week and had his first home training and he is doing great! We are so proud of him! Sage is so good at coaching the humans too! We are so excited to see him be a good boy! Thank you!
