Vikki was an invaluable resource for my anxious little pup. Not only did she help jump start us with obedience training, but she also gave me lots of tools for helping to manage problem behaviors: from toys, brain games, and supplement recommendations to suggestions for a daycare and nutritionist. She really went above and beyond to help me help my dog!

such a great training facility! We’ve taken two classes now and my puppy gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Vikki helped my deaf dog learn agility and conditioning. She is the best!!

Vikki did a great job with my pup during his hybrid training however I wasn’t very satisfied with the way the plan is worked out. I’ve had a difficult time with taking my pup out in public and this was one of the things that was supposed to be addressed in the hybrid training program. Another is the coke command is only effective 70% of the time. When I brought these concerns up I was told that this is just his personality. Pros: my pup definitely learned a lot with Vikki. Cons: after the 4 weeks he still didn’t master come and puppy manners in public.

Hi Nicholas. We are saddened to hear that we did not meet your expectations for training. We met for your exit lesson on June 28th, you did not express any concerns at the time and were happy with Lando's training.<br><br>We did have a phone call during the duration of your training program and you expressed your concerns about his come when called cue. We discussed that the heat was a factor in coming when called, as he would tire out quickly and get very hot due to the heat wave and summer weather we experienced at the time. We discussed techniques to increase motivation and reinforcement for come when called.<br><br>Our program does 2 field trips to practice training cues in a new environment and work on socialization skills. We did go on 2 field trips during his training and he was overstimulated in the environments, as discussed with you. He had never been in a public environment before and I recommended to continue taking him on field trips practicing his training cues with high value treats for continued success.<br><br>Even at completion of our training programs puppies still require daily practice and frequent field trips to maintain training skills. Our hybrid program is a puppy imprinting program to teach foundation skills. Dog behavior is ever changing due to the developmental stages from puppyhood through the juvenile period, and into adulthood. I wish you and Lando continued success with his training.
