Sirius Strides Dog Training and Grooming

My dog Gil had behavior issues that I could not fix by myself despite my reading, group classes and prior experience with other dogs. Although he is very friendly, Gil would bark ferociously when on the leash when he saw another dog (leash reactivity). I started dreading taking him for a walk. I left a message for Keith Vaquera-Little (the owner) who called me back promptly and set me up with one of the trainers who work for him. I also sent him to "drop off training and enrichment" a couple of days a week. Within a few weeks we made great progress. Although I will be training with Claire for a while (which is actually a lot of fun) and he still has a lot to learn, he and I both have learned a lot, and I am enjoying my walks again. He is also more content at the end of the day, less anxious and barks less in the house and yard. I am very grateful to Keith, Claire Goodfriend and the other trainers at Sirius Strides for helping us through this tough patch and recommend them both highly.
