Sirius Strides Dog Training and Grooming

Update: I had to come back and update my review now that our dog is almost two years old and I can see all of the training we’ve done with her payoff and how it’s shaped her personality. I am beyond grateful for this facility for helping our family raise a confident, loyal, well-trained and happy companion. In addition to classes, we ended up using drop-off daycare quite a bit over the last two years. It was a great way to provide enrichment and build valuable skills that she uses every day. A dog is an important member of the family, and they have a huge influence on the household. It is 100% worth it to invest in a solid training program like this! ———————————— We did several puppy training classes here and have used the drop off training program a few times now. I haven’t owned a dog for a while and was nervous about training a puppy. The classes taught me how to train her, as well as the importance of proper socialization, and gave our training sessions structure. I loved that my kids were welcomed and encouraged to attend classes too. Now they have the knowledge and confidence they need to handle our pup. The daycare is great too. The trainers are very caring and take time to talk to you about your dog’s progress and answer any questions you have. When something comes up at home that I’m not sure how to handle, I always feel comfortable asking the trainers. They take the time to listen and give suggestions. Choosing a training facility was hard, and I’m glad we came here. We will be taking advantage of other services such as group walks in the future.
