Lori and Mike came to our home one time and we learned so many valuable things about our forever rescue, Lewis. They were able to explain to me why Lewis had certain behaviors, how to correct those behaviors, how Lewis could become a confident dog with better behavior and how I could be a confident leader to Lewis.

We had some behavioral concerns with our dog, and I reached out to Lori at Simply Smith. She was super polite and understanding. Which is nice, but more importantly, when we took our dog there within one session her and her husband identified our dogs problem and helped us fix it. Thank you very much

Updating review. Based off minimal conversation lori lacks the ability to come off " friendly " when busy and has no patience for questions . Even asking if she can spare a moment got snippy with me . Wouldn't recommend. Wont acknowledge she was rude

My wife and I were having some problems with our rescue Golden who is roughly 1.5 years old. He has shown aggression towards her and we had tried everything we could find online to correct his problem without any success. We found Simply Smith though a friend of a friend who had their dog there and were pleased with the results.
We were praying that they would be able to help us keep our Riley. Within 30 minutes they were able to find the underlying problem and explained to us what we needed to do. We know the problem wont disappear overnight, what we thought was the right way to train the dog for his aggression and biting was all wrong and we actually were making the dogs problem worse. Before you think your dog cant be corrected, please get in touch with them. Very caring, honest, extremely knowledgeable , easy to talk to, and willing to help. They know and understand dogs. Thank you SO much!!!
