Simply Lead Dog Training and Leashes

We were thinking that we were going to have to put our Buddha down because of how reactive and aggressive he has become. Brian from Simply Lead Dog Training & Leashes LLC is down to earth and truly cares about the well being of our dog. Before meeting him in person tonight, Brian and I talked several times on the phone and he also had me send him videos so he could guide me on how to handle the situation. I also learned a few things from his videos he has posted on his page. Tonight, in our first session, Brian showed us exactly how to be a leader for our dog. It is going to take a lot of work on our part to learn how to be a leader for Buddha with the help of Brian. We highly recommend him.

Brian is an excellent trainer. He doesn't sugar coat anything. He breaks things down so that everyone can understand the concept. I adopted my dog from the shelter. While we will never know his history my dog does need help with socialization. I could see a big difference after the first visit. As Brian explains you will not see a perfect dog in one visit. it's a work in progress. Brian is not the trainer who teaches SIT, DOWN, STAY. He does work on behavioral issues. He is very good at it. Also his prices are very reasonable compared to other trainers. Highly recommended.

Brian was great when he came to the house to work with our dog. He took things slow with her and within that first visit I saw improvement. She does not like anyone outside of our household touching her but by the end of the visit she let him pet her. He also did a great job helping to show me what I can do to improve her behavior and to give me more confidence in dealing with her poor behaviors. He welcomes updates, questions and videos of the progress and will call and discuss next steps. I look forward to continuing to work with Brian. UPDATE: Brian was here working with our dog again today. Only the second visit and he worked with her with the muzzle off. She walked with him, took treats from him and let him pet her a lot. For her, this is huge. I am so grateful to Brian for showing me it is possible.
