Simply Canine Training

Nicole was the perfect fit for us to get our puppy on track. She provided us with tools and methods to continue training on our own, so we feel very prepared to set expectations and boundaries with our puppy! I think we got just as much training as our puppy did. She explains things in a way where the dog's behavior and reactions all make sense, as well as how to manage going forward. I loved that it isn't treat based training which I have used in the past with my last dog. Nicole's approach has worked beautifully and we are so happy to be off to such a good start with our new addition to the family. Can't recommend her enough! It was so beneficial to have training at our home, and she came with us to a park to help with some issues we were having bringing our dog to public, high energy places. Her techniques are SO effective... Thanks Nicole!!

I found Simply Canine through neighbors who spoke highly of the training services. I was a first-time dog owner who was really struggling with my energetic puppy's behavior and obedience. We had previously worked with a treat-based training organization, but that wasn't effective. Our private training sessions with Nicole were AMAZING! She's patient, supportive, and easy to work with. She explained things clearly and helped me to be a better caretaker for my dog. My pup and I love going to the group classes to practice our skills, learn new tips, and interact with other dogs. Nicole came into our home with confidence and a calmness we didn't know we needed! She showed us that our crazy, beautiful frenchie had so much potential. Not only did she train our pup with patience she also showed me ALOT of patience. We used her boarding service and were left feeling so comfortable our pup was in great hands with the several videos she sent us to check in. Can not recommend Nicole's services enough. Nicole helped us train our Labradoodle when he was about 5 months old. She came to our house for his evaluation and gave us immediate ideas on things we should be doing differently, the improvements were dramatic. We've since had 6 additional in-person training sessions, all of which were useful. Nicole doesn't train the dog, she trains the trainers (us), which is important. We also have Nicole take Triscuit on pack walks two times per week. It is a great way for him to have additional socialization with other dogs as there are about a dozen dogs on each walk. I can't recommend a trainer more highly.
