FirstBarkThe facility is nice as well as the staff. However, I experienced that the owner is rude and treats his staff poorly. I would recommend finding another place, simply because I wouldn't trust my pet in a facility with an owner that treats his employees in such a degrading way. I hope he gets reported.

I've been taking my malinois there for a few years and they have always been great accomodating her anxiety. I would email Raymond and explain all of your pups needs and I am pretty sure he would be able to accommodate.

I have taken my lab there for several years, he is going to be 12. I have never had any issues, but please give them a call and I am sure they can answer any questions and alleviate any concerns you may have.

We have used Silverbrook a couple of times a year since 2022 for our now 10 year old bulldog. We have had to board her on a few occasions for 2-3 weeks at a time. Every time we have been very happy with the care they provide. Our dog has required different medications during stays and different care for her eyes/nose/wrinkles and she is ALWAYS taken care of. Every staff member has been caring and they are always happy to answer any questions or provide updates when our dog is in their care. Thank you Silverbrook staff!!

We have used Silverbrook many times. Our dog is well taken care of. Even after longer trips, our dog does not show any signs of adjustments due to stress. He is calm and happy as always. That is our true gauge of how they treat him. Very pleased.
Super friendly staff! I dropped my baby girl off on Saturday morning and just picked her up today. She had tons of fun and made some great K9 friends. I received photos and updates of my fur baby upon request. Honestly, I highly recommend them for a day of play and an overnight stay.
