I started working with Danny virtually this summer, and it has been a huge blessing. Even through video calls, his ability to read dogs and explain concepts clearly was incredible. He taught me so much about timing, handling, and communication, and always took the time to make sure I really understood the “why” behind everything. His knowledge and passion for dogs come through in every session. I’m really grateful for everything I learned from him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to grow as a trainer.

It’s been almost three years since my pup, Laddie, completed his 3-week board and train with Dan, and I still can’t get over how life-changing it was — I truly have the best dog in the world, and it's all thanks to him. When I first met Dan, I was 25, new to Texas, and totally obsessed with my golden retriever. I worked from home, so we were very co-dependent (I even cried during our consultation at the thought of leaving him — which Dan and I still laugh about to this day!). Laddie was sweet, but wild — full of energy, didn’t listen, and completely walked all over me. I was definitely a pushover. In just three weeks, Dan gave both of us the tools we needed. He helped me gain confidence as a dog owner, and he transformed Laddie into the incredible companion I have today. Fast forward to now: we live in downtown Chicago, and I can walk Laddie off-leash through a busy city without a worry. He’s calm, reliable, and so well-behaved, even in chaotic situations. Just this morning at the farmer’s market, we encountered an aggressive dog, and Laddie calmly placed beside me while we navigated the situation with total ease — all thanks to Dan’s training and tips. Dan, we love you. I recommend you to literally everyone in Chicago and tell them you're absolutely worth the drive. I’ve also been loving the amazing content you’ve been sharing lately — keep it up!
