Jason started training our golden retriever Bruno at 4 months old. I am so happy that we found Jason early in Bruno’s puppyhood because he really set us on the right path. He has a true gift to connect with dogs, I’ve seen it in the way my dog responds to him, as well as with the other dogs that Jason brought into our training sessions. Bruno has learned to listen and follow commands, as well as to stay calm and neutral around other dogs. Jason taught us how to handle and maintain control of Bruno, who is destined to be 85 or more lbs, something that is so important for Bruno’s safety and well as ours. Jason took our dog, as well as us, into real world situations, like Home Depot and downtown commercial areas, where we learned how to handle real life interactions and our dogs reaction in real time. This experience that Jason provides has a real advantage over group classes. He is always available for any questions or guidance that you might need and truly cares that you and your dog are successful!

Highly Recommend. We adopted an 18 month old female German Shepherd which was previously owned by an elderly couple. Our dog “Lily” had little to no training what so ever and was a bit of a terror in the house & outside. She was always in a crate by the previous owners. My wife and I tried to tame her but we had little time during the day. So we contacted Sigma K9. Jason, came to our house for an evaluation and he immediately knew he could fix her. Although he recommended a 3 week “Board and Train” course we opted for 2 weeks due to budget constraints. We needed to wait about a week before he was able to come and pick her up. He will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time. After the first week he sent several photos and videos and the improvements were quite impressive. Week 2 showed even more improvement. At the end of the 2 weeks Jason returned with Lily and spent a couple of hours with my wife and I teaching us how to continue the training on and off leash. The results were nothing short of remarkable to say the least. At his arrival in the driveway it started off a bit shaky as she is a very high strung puppy with loads of affection and after missing us for 2 weeks she was a bit besides herself for about 5 minutes before her training resumed and she calmed down somewhat. That is fully understandable in my opinion. Since then she is a much calmer and controllable dog. We walk her as much as possible and use the techniques he taught us that he uses to train with. I can see how a 3rd week would have been the way to go however we are working with her and what Jason has done is Awesome. Over all we would recommend his services and have him evaluate your dog and see if he can help. Since he trained her, he offers “boarding” and we had him take her for a night as we went away, that is very convenient as well. Bob and Laura Farrell

We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Jason as Jaxx's trainer! Jaxx is a one-year-old, 60 pound Rough Collie, and before training he really struggled to understand commands, both at home and in public. He also had a hard time staying calm around people, other dogs, and other distractions. We wanted him to be able to listen to us and enjoy everyday activities. After completing Jason's five-week training program, the difference has been amazing. Jaxx now understands and responds to commands so much better. The training has made a huge difference in our daily routine, from how we handle his walks to how he responds in public and other distracting environments. One of the things we appreciate most about Jason is that his support doesn't end when the program is over. He continues to check in with us to see how Jaxx is doing and whether he needs reinforcement with any commands or help working through new behaviors as they come up. That ongoing support has been incredibly valuable. Throughout the entire training process, we always felt that Jason genuinely cared for Jaxx and treated him with kindness and patience. Knowing our dog was in such good hands gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated dog trainer who truly understands dogs and delivers real results.
