Shuster K9 Academy

We sent our 6 month old Old English Sheepdog, Winnie, to Cynthia for her 2-1/2 week training program. At 6 months old, Winnie was much improved after she returned home. Cynthia is a true dog whisperer and cares for Winnie as if she were her own. Winnie is now 2 years old, and she boards with Cynthia quite a bit. While there, she plays with other dogs, and she gets her training reinforced. Cynthia is always very careful when pairing dogs to play, so we never worry about Winnie. When Winnie comes home, she is not only exhausted (in a good way!), but she doesn’t smell as can happen in other local facilities. Cynthia and K9 Academy are the absolute best! We love her and don’t know what we would do without her!

Our Border Collie - Whippet mix spent 2.5 weeks with Cynthia at Shuster K9 Academy, and we are incredibly pleased with the results. The board and train plan was a worthwhile investment. Cynthia is a consummate professional, well balanced with a loving, kind heart. Her passion for dogs and how she helps them gain confidence, conditioning, and obedience skills is palpable and genuine. Our 5 year old arrived with basic skills, and Cynthia brought her to a significantly higher level, including agility training. Cynthia treats all her 4 legged students (and their parents) with the utmost respect. She sent us updates, pictures, and videos of our girl's progress. Our hound returned to us well trained, happy, and proud. We are so impressed with the results Cynthia achieved. Thank you!
