FirstBarkDana with Shenandoah K9 is the perfect solution to unruly dogs. We did a six week program with him, and those short six weeks my two year-old and one and a half year-old went from obnoxious and not listening, to well-behaved and ideal dogs to take in public.

Boarding for your dog to learn his or her skills in a controlled, consistent environment. Basic or advanced skills, depending on the dog are gone over daily, play groups with like minded and aged dogs, personal attention and work for every dog. At the end, the owner is then briefed on training, dog evaluation and scoring, and worked with to help make a plan for the reintegration of the pup into their household. This course includes 1 follow up the following week to go over skills and talk about how home life is going!

Dana is the absolute best trainer to work with. He helped us better understand why our dogs were behaving the way they were and then taught us how to correct their behavior. We can take our dogs anywhere now and they listen! Highly recommend Shenandoah K9!
Can't recommend Dana and his training methods enough. If you think your dog needs some extra obedience, discipline, or just feel like you could communicate better with them, he's your man!

We considered several options for training, but after speaking with Dana and hearing his knowledge, respect, and admiration of dogs, we knew he was the right choice for our family. We took our energetic cattle dog, Bingo, and she completed his six-week program. Throughout her stay, we received clear communication, videos, and progress of our pup. Dana is honest, well-prepared, takes his job seriously, and has a true gift when working with dogs. We are thankful that we had the opportunity to work with him.

He also spent time with us to answer questions and to clarify our next steps as to what we should do and expect when we were at home on our own continuing to work on training.
