I’ve known Ari through her old team that we used to work with. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ari in an advanced group class last year. Not only did we sharpen up on obedience, we were able to do an owner trained ecollar experience. I know it’s very hard to find a trainer who’d be willing to train ecollar outside of a board and train or many privates and for good reason. It takes a lot of commitment to condition an ecollar and things could go very wrong very fast if there’s not a good foundation. But Ari was able to guide us from start to…finish fantastically (training is for life, never finished). She is one of the few I’d trust to watch my dog Audi as well.

Ari and Kristin have been amazing! Kristin took my rescue pup Maple for 5week Board and Training and Maple did AMAZING!! Maple is a Belgian Malinois and anyone who knows about this breed understands they can be difficult to work with. Kristin has lots of experience with working breeds so she knew exactly what Maple needed. Maple is more confident, well behaved, and a happier pup. Ari and Kristin have also been helping me integrate Maple with my other dog Waffles who has been less than pleased with the addition of a new dog. Ari and Kristin are also welcoming to my questions and always happy to help. During the 5 wks Maple was with Kristin, I received photos, videos and messages on Maples progress which I always appreciated since I was missing her dearly. I highly recommend to everyone to invest in their dogs “education” and training since it will make for a better and happier dog for the rest of their lives. Shades of Blu Dog Training has an awesome team of trainers and I recommend them highly!!!

I’m so grateful I found this place! Ari has helped my 2 year old Great Dane and I more than I can describe. From sharpening her obedience, dremel conditioning (life saver), working in public, increasing handler focus, and now E Collar training! We have done 6 private lessons and next plan to do group classes and get into sports. Anytime I have a question she is there with great advice. We’re so happy with our progress and I can’t say enough good things about Ari and the team.
