See Ash Go Dog Training

Ashley and James are awesome for board and train. Our labradoodle did so well with them. She's excited to return for boarding in two weeks and show off more skills. Ashley is an awesome trainer. Our doodle loves loves loves her Ashley ❤️ After board and train - we all went to the dog park. I had some fairly negative experiences in the past and was a bit anxious about trying it again. Ashley actually worked with me on understanding pack behavior better and felt better about taking her to the dog park. It's still not my favorite place to go but that's about me and dreading other dog owners who don't train their dogs. I text Ashley just about a week ago that our dog got out accidentally. When I went to find Gracie (with treats in hand) I called her, she looked at me, gave her command "touch" and she came right to me. Of course having treats didn't hurt in this situation - but she was safe and sound. Ashley was so responsive when I text her and happy to hear that she was safe. The foundational training that Ashley did with her is life saving - no hyperbole at all. Ashley is the best. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so great about training owners and the dogs too!!! I feel like a much better "trained owner" after working with Ashley.

Before hiring Ashley, I had done some research online and tried to learn everything about training my dog that I could but it just wasn’t enough. I have had some less than favorable experiences related to my dog and therefore have a hard time trusting anyone with her in general. After our first initial call, I was excited but still a little nervous for our first session as I felt she would be a good fit/be able to help but I still wasn’t sure. After our first meeting I instantly knew she was right for the job, not only did my dog spot her immediately in the store, but she instantly wanted to meet her (not that she’s shy but she usually only wants to say hi if someone starts talking to me, this was before Ashley even said hi to us) Ashley gave her a bunch of “air cookies” and she was happy to work for them during our session 😂 not that our bond was bad before but Ashley definitely has us working as a more cohesive team, I am able to read my dog’s body language better and redirect her when her focus is elsewhere. You have to put in the work on your own time but Ashley will give you the tools you need to help you get to the next level in your training!
