We’re a family with young kids and a very busy household, so choosing the right protection dog was a big decision. We went with Scott’s K9 and couldn’t be happier. We worked directly with Steve Scott the entire time—he answered all our questions and personally delivered the dog. The whole process was smooth and professional. He always answers the phone. We had previously bought a protection dog from another “dog trainer”, and there’s honestly no comparison. Our dog is incredible with our kids, calm in the house, and a joy to take out in public. After our home and home-based business offices were burglarized, we decided to look for an executive protection dog to help protect both our family and our business. Steve and his team have been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process of deciding whether to add a personal protection dog to my pack all the way to bringing Rolo home. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Steve is very talented at choosing the right dogs for his program (dogs that can relax and be part of a family) and will make sure you and the dog are the right match for each other. Steve and his team are still there and available anytime I have a question or concern even a few months later. At first, I did not think a Malinois would work for my life as I am not suited to have to run 15 miles a day with a dog to tire them out. I also have 3 naughty dogs and a five year old high energy son. Steve found a very special Malinois that would prefer to lay down and cuddle with his humans or chew an antler than require tons of exercise, etc. I followed Steve’s specific guidance for helping Rolo adapt to his new life and everything has been great. Rolo has blended into our family seamlessly and fits in perfectly with the other dogs. Rolo and my son are best buddies and are always hanging out together. Honestly, I cannot picture my life without Rolo and am so grateful for Steve and his team for helping my family bring Rolo home.
