Gary and Paige are the absolute best and I cannot recommend them enough! They stay at our home while we are away and always leave everything clean and well taken care of! Our dog Cooper suffers from separation anxiety but that doesn’t seem to be an issue at all when he’s with Gary and Paige (he even gets along well with their dog Lucy which is so rare for Cooper). Cooper is always SO happy with them!! So fortunate to have found Saugerties Dog Care!!
Gary watched our dog for a period of 10 days. We can tell that Tulip was very well cared for. We could also tell that Gary who is also a dog trainer worked with Tulip because she was more obedient. We would definitely recommend Gary to our friends and family and to anyone who asks. We give him 5 stars!!
Gary is a patient and knowledgeable dog trainer. He explains dog behavior in an easy way to understand. Very flexible with scheduling. Bonus is he brings his dog Lucy to demonstrate instructions and techniques.

Paige and Gary took care of our pup for a day and they were really great. We had a last minute task since we were going to a wedding in the Catskills and they were kind enough to accommodate us. Paige consistently sent updates (which I really appreciated since we almost never leave our dog with anyone) and I could tell that my puppy was having a great time. He also played with their dog Lucy and they have soo many toys. They were extremely flexible and accommodated a pick up at 11:30 pm due to an emergency because of which we had to rush back. I would fully trust them with our dog again if we are ever in that area.
