Sarah's Courteous Canine, LLC

When we knew we were getting Finn, friends of ours recommended Sarah. We knew Finn would need training and it needed to be someone who really understood his needs individually and challenges that come with a shepherds mindset! We made the decision to wait for in person classes due to the pandemic, so we were a little nervous the night of our first class. Right off the bat, Sarah made us feel comfortable and gave us the knowledge to help our boy live his best life. Not only did he learn, but we learned how to be his best advocate. As Finn grew, Sarah helped us work out his kinks and work through some unwanted behaviors. She always had a strategy and encouraged us to go outside of our comfort zone. Over time he has become so well behaved and breaks a lot of stereotypes for his breed because we put the work in and because we had Sarah to guide us. Sarah has helped us with dietary concerns, health concerns, and so much more. We could not recommend Sarah’s classes anymore and we hope this inspires others to take some of her classes or work with her one on one to help their dogs live their best life! Back in 2019 I adopted a husky mix named Riley. I didn't quite realizing what that meant as far as energy and general craziness. Before that I was a firm believer that I could train my own dog but Riley proved me wrong. He was all over the place didn't hold attention and generally was just being a husky-ish dog. We started with basic obedience, got our CGC, did some e-collar work and now we're in Rally classes with him because it's fun for me and him. After training with Sarah I'm confident bringing him out and not being worried about being pulled over by him trying to get to people for pets. He can now be off leash on an eCollar at the lake, something I would have sworn wasn't possible in the begining. Sarah is incredibly patient, fun loving and wants to see you and your dog succeed. Whatever issues you have she will try her hardest to fix.
