To say our German Shepherd puppy, Chesty, was a handful is putting it very lightly. He was stubborn, independent, and very head-strong. Ben got results at the evaluation and, I was blown away. Chesty has returned to us a greatly changed dog. He still has his moments, but Ben has taught us how to deal with them. The best part of the training was Ben's kindness. He does not use "heavy handed" corrections. He is patient and, it was clear that Chesty loved him. Thank you, Ben. You have helped all of us.

I sent my 70 lb., very sweet but very stubborn 7 month old Bernedoodle puppy to S.N. K9 for their 4 week Board and Train services. As he was growing, he was also becoming more independently stubborn and harder for me to manage. I had tried training him myself, but quickly realized I as out of my depth and needed professional help in order to be able to control his excited manic behavior when meeting new people and his overall stubbornness. I was anxious about him being away from home and had a million questions about well….everything in general. Ben was so calm and reassuring, made me feel comfortable and confident that I was doing the right thing for Jasper from nearly the first minute I talked with him on the phone. When I actually met him and saw him interact my very excited puppy, I was even more comfortable with my choice. The entire training process was not just painless, but was really tailored to exactly what I needed to be comfortable. Ben was a great communicator…he kept me updated on Jasper’s training and how he was doing, he let me know what skills they were working on and the methods he was using with Jasper. And he even FaceTimed me and frequently sent videos of the training so that I could see Jasper’s progress for myself. When Jasper completed the training, he was still stubborn, but Jasper and I now have the skills to work through that stubborness…because of Ben’s training, for both of us, it’s now manageable and Jasper is still sweet and affectionate, actually even sweeter than before because he is so much better behaved that both of us have less anxiety.
