Hi Darlene,<br>We spoke to you initially several months ago when you walked into our facility to inquire about our training. At that time, myself and my staff spent 15-20 minutes going over the various training options we had available from puppy classes to private one-on-one lessons and answering your questions. When you left, you took our brochure with you that had the class and registration information on it.<br>In January, you reached out to us about the issues you were having with your new puppy. I personally spent an hour on the phone with you going over potty training and puppy biting tips to help you immediately before you had registered for training with us. At that time, I told you the program that you needed to register your puppy for as well as how to get him registered. I explained that you needed to get online to register him and complete the paperwork ASAP because we were already booked out for a month and I wanted to get you on our training schedule.<br>In February you called us asking which program you needed to register for because you couldn't remember what we had spoken about, so my staff called and spoke to you explaining what needed to be done and the paperwork that needed to be completed in the registration confirmation email. You registered your dog at the beginning of February for the program, but we never received the completed paperwork. I had my staff call again to follow up on getting the paperwork completed, then I spoke to you again at length after that to clear any confusion and to personally send you the link to get the appropriate forms completed. I also followed up with you on the email sent to complete the form because I still had not received it from you. Once it was received, a scheduling email was sent out with my availability.<br>Multiple times I personally explained to you that we were already booked out 1-2 months in advance, depending on your availability, so getting things completed was important to get on our training schedule. We do not reserve any training dates until program registration and paperwork is received through our website and I personally confirm a start day and time. We are an appointment only facility, so our training schedule is booked out for weeks in advance. We require payment up front due to us booking appointments 3-6 weeks in advance, depending on the training program selected, for each training package.<br>We feel that we went above and beyond on our customer service and have tried to accommodate you as best as we could within our scheduling availability. We wish you the best in training with your puppy and hope that you're able to get the help you're looking for.
