When I first rescued my older dog, Roscoe, we were definitely having a Ruff Life. He was severely dog reactive, which made every walk a battle and very anxiety-inducing for us both. It quickly became clear that we needed guidance. I chose private sessions with Shilee to learn how to manage our struggles. I saw improvement from the first session. Shilee is so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and it felt like she worked magic with Roscoe. Leaving the house is fun again, and we can now walk through busy parks, stores, and farmer's markets! Even though our training sessions are over, Roscoe still sees Shilee when I go out of town and he is boarded. Roscoe has some complex needs, and I could not trust Shilee more to care for him. He always comes back to me super happy, healthy, loving life, and, of course, better trained than when I left him. So, if you are considering training, boarding, drop-ins, or any other options for your dog, Roscoe and I could not recommend RuffLife K9 more!!
