Our pup (almost 4 year old English Bull Terrier) Izzy did a train and board (2 week program) with Chase. He was amazing with her. Before training, Izzy was very nervous around people who were not in her circle and reactive to other dogs, especially on a leash. We were unable to walk her without a prong collar and at that, she still pulled us. After training, she is a new dog. Her confidence level has increased and her attention to commands are there. If you know Bull Terriers, they just ignore you and push the limits; but we are now able to go out in public without being horrified by the sounds she makes and our trust level is getting better. She is not perfect but we now have the tools and training which gives us the ability to get her there. I could not have done this without Chase. What made me happy was how happy she was when we picked her up. Which means, she was loved ❤ In the past we have had her in other board and train programs and she came back petrified. Not this time. It was a breath of fresh air to have our dog listen to commands. Thank you for what you do Ruff Rider. We could not have done this without you and are truly grateful. I highly recommend Ruff Rider for your training needs.

Words cannot express how much I recommend Chase at Ruff Rider Dog Training! I did the two week board and train for my 6 year old pit mix, Creed. Before training he would pull on the leash while walking, jumped/barked at other dogs, would sit but would be right back up not listening. I tried to socialize him in public but it was too much for me and for him given he really didn’t care what I said or did. After the two week training Chase met to hand off Creed to me and we went right into a training session so Chase could hands on teach me how to interact with Creed. Creed is a changed dog! He walks right by my side, doesn’t so much as attempt to engage with other humans or animals when they walk by, he follows commands, he stays for greater than 5 minutes with a ton of distractions! I work him 30-40 minutes a day (the recommended time by Chase) and he is still doing fabulous a month later. I know Creed is happier because he gets excited when his collar gets put on and he can now participate in activities outside the home. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you Ruff Rider Dog Training!
Chase did an incredible job with Coda. The experience was professional and very effective. Chase cares about all of his students and their families. I would highly recommend Ruff Rider and Chase.

I highly recommend Ruff Rider Dog Training. I have had dogs my whole life and self-trained them. They were all well behaved but each had their own issues that we managed. Now I know better. Don't manage your dogs problems, get proper training. Both you and your dog will have a stronger more rewarding relationship and you will have a well-trained dog for his/her lifetime. Chase was patient, helpful and easy to work with. I saw the results in just the first lesson. After the 4weeks of training, I can take my dog everywhere with me.
