Is a wonderful experience and great for the dogs and there owners wonderful family and business couldn't ask for more they have become more then our Charli Mays trainers they are our friends.
Owner is very rude. Prone to get physical with people when things don’t go his way. He should train himself before training any dogs.
We’ve taken our Australian Shepard to Ruff Pup twice now for a grooming, after a bad experience at Petco. We’ve loved it every time and will continue going back. The staff is super friendly and listens to our concerns. Our pup is always super shiny and soft when he’s done. It makes it so much easier keeping up on all the shedding! * Both times, we booked with Nichole and she has been amazing!
I took my dog in for a full groom yet he came back home smelling exactly as I took him, not at all like he had been washed. I took my dog in for a full groom yet he came back home smelling exactly as I took him, not at all like he had been washed. While I understand he was tangled and needed to be shaved, they shaved his hair incredibly low, I cannot even pinch it, his hair had been more tangled before and has been left way longer. They are friendly enough with the dogs. He came home with numerous razor burns which they did not bother to mention. I noticed the razor burns when my dog was scratching and he has them in many places, to the point they don’t let him even sit down comfortably. I got charged a lot and honestly expected better.
