Ruff House Dog Training

CANNOT say enough good things about Ruff House and Crystal Blaker. I have a one year old husky shepherd mix; very smart but VERY stubborn and we’ve been way over our heads with obedience since the day we got him. Puppy classes at PetSmart just didn’t cut it and in 6 weeks Crystal helped us reach behavior goals i never thought possible. Loose leash walking was a big ‘no way’ for us before Crystal and now he walks like a champ instead of pulling for his life. Crystal is awesome about addressing anything specific that might not be covered in class so any unique or particularly trying issues you have will not go unanswered. We had the most rewarding experience and look forward to continuing on with her intermediate classes! If you have a problem-fur child at home too, Ruff House can help!

I attended the Puppy Obedience and I loved the small class size and feel that my puppy was able to get a lot of individual attention with training in class. Training handouts and video's were also very helpful to give detailed steps to continue the training week to week. It was enjoyable that the class was co-located with the owner's property so that the puppy's could have some off leash play time for socialization. I will be continuing with the Ruff House team for more obedience work with my dog.

My Australian Shepherds just completed Crystal Blaker's Novice Agility class. She is truly outstanding and breaks everything down in small pieces to make it easy to learn. Crystal is all the things you look for in a teacher -- knowledgeable, enthusiastic, progressive, personable, interesting and possessing of a great sense of humor. Amazing dog training that works and is fun, for you and your dog! We are looking forward to the Intermediate Agility class.

I have just completed Puppy Class at Ruff House, with Crystal Baker. I was very apprehensive, being an "older dog mom", but Crystal immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. I loved the small class size which allowed much personal attention. As a retired educator, I was very impressed with Crystal's clear directions and demonstrations. She was very patient with both the dogs AND the owners. I loved the follow-up opportunities, which I took advantage of when I had questions. I have now started private sessions at my home and I look forward to our continued training. I feel so lucky to have found Crystal and Ruff House for training my puppy.
