RR Professional Dog Training & Boarding

We cannot recommend RR Professional Dog Training & Boarding enough! We have a 4-year-old Anatolian Shepherd who had us at our wits’ end — extremely stubborn, possessive behaviors, trauma from previous crate experiences(past owners), lack of social cues, and very dog-selective. He was incredibly hard to train, and we were honestly running out of options. From the start, the team at RR was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They answered all our questions thoroughly and worked to get him into their 6-week in-kennel program sooner rather than later. Their dedication and expertise truly turned things around for our boy. His behavior has improved dramatically, and they gave us the tools and guidance to continue reinforcing that progress at home. He’s doing amazing now, and the support hasn’t stopped — they’re still available to help us work through the final kinks. I’m so thankful for their help. They’ve not only helped our dog but have also made it possible to keep our dog family together. So grateful for everything they’ve done!

Words can’t express how RR Professional Training saved our Louie! More importantly, his trainer Sarah! We are forever grateful for them and their wonderful in kennel training program. We knew we had a loving, caring, smart dog who wanted to showcase his abilities and RR Professional Training did just that. Louie came home the dog we thought we were getting and the dog he wants to be! The communication was fantastic, the weekly updates and photos were so impactful to us as it provided comfort and confirmed that he was being well taken care of. We loved the updates of him making friends and having a good time! We visited weekly and we’re so impressed each time by the improvements we saw in him. We left there each week feeling grateful! The hard work will continue at home and we are thankful for the resources they provide after in kennel training and the additional on-sight trainings. We highly recommend RR Professional Training for training, boarding and grooming. Going on vacation and leaving Louie here for boarding gives us great comfort as we know he will be treated like family! Plus he loves all of his friends! We think he is lonesome for Sarah :). Google needs more than 5 stars! RR Dog Training was an amazing experience. I knew going in that it was going to be a valuable experience. My parents had used them and my groomer recommended them very highly. However, my own experience was even better than I expected. My puppy spent one month there learning to have better manners and listening skills. I have been blown away by how well he listens to the commands they taught him. He has responded so well to the techniques and commands. He has been home for 3 days and life is so much less chaotic because we can implement the training he has received and he knows the expectations. The communication was fantastic. Everyone was very timely and attentive to my emails. I loved the weekly updates on how he was doing and the friends he was making. I can see how much my dog thrived and I am encouraged by the on-going training resources that we will be able to continue to carry on the training RR has done. For anyone on the fence, sign up. You won't regret it. I am so glad I did this and I know that if my dog could talk, he would say the same thing. :)

Our 8 month old golden retriever recently completed 4 weeks of training with RR Professional Training in Carlton MN. I highly recommend RR for training and the loving care they provided for our golden. She acquired so many wonderful skills. It is a delight to walk with her as she heels and sits when I stop. She knows place, No, OK, Leave it, Sit, Down, Come and is a delight to work with on her new skills. I realize I will need to be consistent with her training, but they have laid an outstanding foundation for life long learning. Thank you to RR Professional Training!!
