RR Professional Dog Training & Boarding

So, so happy we chose RR training. Our dog, Nola, loved her time there. We did the initial 4 week training, which was great, brought her home for a couple weeks and then did the 2 week off leash training. It's so fun letting her outside off leash knowing she will listen and come home. On a walk the other day a neighbor asked how come our dog( actually a puppy, 6 months)was so well behaved and we told them she had great training!! Nola loved her trainer Brittny as did we. Highly recommend RR dog training, they are so good and truly love the dogs they train!!

Cannot recommend R&R enough! I brought my 3 year old dog to them for 4 week in kennel training. He is/was a very fearful dog and not trusting of new people/scenarios and had a hard time with impulse control. He is dog selective and needed more dog to dog socialization. Tony was his trainer, and Torino (my dog) grew to absolutely LOVE Tony and did so well through the training process. They tailored programs to fit Torino’s needs and had such good communication with me throughout the entire month. Consistent photo and videos updates from Daniela were so much appreciated. Torino still has a long way to go, but we are loving his progress he’s made so far with his R&R family in Carlton. He will absolutely continue to go there for further training and sessions. I can tell they thoroughly care about the pets in their care and care about their future.

I brought Jordy to RR Professional Dog Training school in January and started with the 4-week course. He was an abused puppy who was in and out of shelters several times before arriving to my home, I was his 4th momma by the time he was 16 months. He thrived in gaining trust of others and faced his fear and anxiety of other dogs. He has since done the 2- week off leash training and I couldn't be happier with his progress! Jordy is my first rescue dog; although I got him to a good level of trust, I needed help to get him to the next level. The confidence I saw in the RR staff to recognize his fears and encourage him to succeed makes my heart so happy!!! They not only taught Jordy how to act with basic obedience commands, but the support they gave to me was excellent. It is obvious they are top notch in their training, staff, the kennel and training arena, and their program. It is worth the investment for a long healthy life with my boy!! 100% WORTH IT. We adopted a fear aggressive GSD last year and were running out of options on where to get help. RR welcomed us and got our dog the training he needed to be more confident and calm around strangers. RR continues to be a valuable resource for us as we need someone to watch our dog while we are on vacation or have a busy weekend. We live in the Twin Cities and making the trip up north is completely worth it. Our dog loves it there. Staff are always friendly and treat my dog like family. I highly recommend for boarding and training, especially if your dogs have any behavioral issues.
