Royal Dog Ranch Dog Training

I purchased a package of three training sessions with Caio. On the day of our scheduled session, he texted me at 4:48 AM to confirm, and I confirmed that I would be there. Then, at 6:48 AM, he canceled, explaining that he had found another job and would no longer be able to provide the training sessions I had already paid for. I immediately requested a refund. He told me I would need to wait 11 days for the refund to be processed. I respected that timeline and waited the full 11 days. Now that the 11 days have passed, I have reached out regarding my refund and am receiving no response. I found this experience disappointing and unprofessional. The prepaid sessions were canceled with only a few hours’ notice, and although a refund was promised within a specific timeframe, I did not receive a response after that timeframe had passed. This lack of communication made it difficult to feel confident in Caio’s business practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying for training sessions with him.

My wife and I are training our 4-month-old Beagle puppy Luna and hit a roadblock with leash training. We brought her to Royal Dog Ranch for a 5-day training course to work on leash training and obedience. Kimberly was our trainer and she was absolutely fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and extremely caring with our puppy. Every day she would send photos and videos showcasing her progress, as well as spending time with us to recap her training and give us homework each night. It was important to us to learn the techniques too so we can further her training on our own and we walked away smarter and more confident in ourselves and our puppy. They treated her very well during her stays and always came home happy and healthy. After the course was over, we were easily able to notice the difference in her attention span and ability to learn. We would recommend Kimberly and Royal Dog Ranch any day and will definitely be back in the future!

🌟 Absolutely Amazing Experience at Royal Dog Ranch! 🐾🎓 We cannot say enough wonderful things about Royal Dog Ranch and, especially, Brittany’s trainer, Caio! Brittany is our 11-month-old, less-than-3-pound little girl, so naturally, leaving her for training came with a lot of worry. From the very beginning, Caio and the team made us feel confident that she was safe, cared for, and truly understood. The regular updates we received while Brittany was at the Ranch gave us so much peace of mind. What amazed us most was seeing the incredible boost in Brittany’s confidence. She learned so much during her time there, and it was obvious that Caio took the time to really understand her — her behaviors, actions, reactions, personality, and individual needs. Her training wasn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It was specifically focused on the concerns we discussed during our initial assessment and what Brittany needed to be successful. During our training sessions with Caio, he was fantastic about explaining the “why” behind everything. He showed us exactly what he was doing, why he was making certain corrections, and how we could continue reinforcing what Brittany learned at the Ranch once she came home. That made us feel like we weren’t just sending our dog away for training — we were learning alongside her and becoming better owners for her. The difference in Brittany is amazing. She came home more confident, more focused, and with skills that we can continue building on every day. ❤️ If you are considering training for your K-9, I highly recommend Royal Dog Ranch. We took our 14 month old dog, Dolly, to Royal Dog for boarding and training while we were going to be out of town on vacation. Overall, the experience was great, and she made noticeable strides in the three weeks she was there. Caio did a great job with her. He was very communicative, sent updates and videos every couple of days, and worked well with her. After we got her back, Caio came to the house about a week later to see how the transition back into the house and training was going (Dolly was excited to see him!). He also showed us ways to work on additional training in the house to help train away some of the behaviors we want her to stop exhibiting (e.g. jumping on visitors when they come to the house). Overall, it was a great experience, and I would have no hesitation recommending Royal Dog to other dog owners.
