When I returned after the fourth day to check on his progress, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. My dog ​​was bleeding from his neck. When I asked what was happening, they simply ignored me. It's outrageous that they deceive us like this, and even worse that they show no responsibility or remorse for mistreating my pet. I immediately took my pet and rushed him to the vet, which led to a neck infection. The vet also found further abuse from electric shocks. I had a 25-day contract, which I paid for in advance, and when I asked about the difference in time my dog ​​spent at the center, they refused to give me a refund. I've asked them several times, and they rudely and arrogantly refuse to give me my refund. Perhaps the owner of the center is not aware of everything that happens in his business, and I would like him to take responsibility and give us an explanation and a refund of my money.

Every time I walked in there, I have an overwhelming negative feeling, like even though I had specifics on my own dog (I've been a breeder for over 30 years) I just got a feeling they would do what they wanted once I was gone. Just couldn't do that to my dog. He is too sensitive. Along with that, they had 8 months old dogs jumping onto agility items and that is way too young for that. My pup is a show dog, I am not about to ruin his hips. The poor young pup I saw was so focused that I wondered what method they used to achieve that. I cannot imagine it was very positive based on what I saw.
