Robin's Nest Dog Training

Robin is a very experienced and a knowledgeable dog trainer. Robin understands a dog’s nature and how they think. Equally important, she knows the human errors that lead to negative dog behaviors and teaches you corrections. Robin has helped to train my feisty dachshund to become more obedient and more willing to look to me for direction. Training sessions are fun and informative. They are well structured with each a specific goal in mind. Robin is tops in dog training and dog care.

I’m a new puppy owner and let me tell you, with only 1 phone call and 1 training session, my husband and I can ALREADY see an improvement—whether it be from our puppy, our direction, and even in our confidence as owners! Look, Robin’s insight and advice WORKS. You just have to be willing to implement changes—all in which are truthfully best for you and your pup. Prior to Robin, we struggled and felt lost. Now, we are hooked and can’t wait to experience more successes with Robin as we raise our boy!

It has been such a pleasure working with Robin! It has made such a difference in how much I am enjoying my dog. I haven’t had a puppy in 20 years and never actually knew any of the basic skills to teach and how important they are. She is always in contact and easy to reach. She is also helpful when I let her know of issues and concerns I am having and is never judgmental. Very rude on the phone. Makes you feel like you’re an inadequate owner so that she can PUSH how she believes is “the only way to train a dog”. There are many ways to train. Every dog responds differently to different training styles just like people learn in different ways. Robin is absolutely wonderful! I had two fully grown out of control German Shepherds and I was at my wits end with them to the point I didn't enjoy them anymore because I was constantly yelling at them. Robin has helped me regain control in my house, and also help build a better relationship with both dogs. They were both once very anxious/nervous dogs however now that they know I am in control they are much more relaxed and calm. I have seen major improvements in so many areas with them I can't wait to continue training and continue to build that relationship with both of them. My one dog was terrified of the vet to where he would put the brakes on and not budge as we approached the door but today he walked right in because he is more confident now with the proper training. Highly highly recommend Robin, she has wonderful knowledge for dog obedience and really has a passion for what she does.
