FirstBarkBrandon is the best dog trainer and boarder we’ve ever met, and we’ve tried our fair share in the Hopkinsville/Clarksville, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. He loves our dogs as if they were his own, and he is very thoughtful and intelligent regarding our dogs’ needs. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone who is looking for dog training and/or boarding.

We had Brandon board and train our family addition to the point where we can share him with others, not that everyone wants to do this but what a feeling when you can bring smiles to the face of others. I would highly recommend Brandon and Riverbend Canine Training to anyone looking to have your new family member listen better than your kids :).

Brandon did such an incredible job with training our rescue Fisher. Shortly after we adopted him we learned of the little demon hiding within such an adorable and deceptive face… that we brought into his furever home. Fisher just needed some clear guidance so we looked for trainers in the area to give Fisher the best training possible and found Brandon and his team. He kept us post all throughout the training program and showed us how much progress fisher had each day. After the training was complete he was like a whole different dog so much more behaved didn’t pull on the leash didn’t mark areas of the house or even worse try to poop in the house anymore. We can comfortably take him for walks without him pulling so hard he makes himself throw up, he’s perfectly manageable in public we even take him and his sister to miss Lucile’s often for pup cups, walks and the occasional interaction with people who ask to pet them, or out to rotorary and dunbar cave to walk the trails and they enjoy their time out. 10/10 highly recommend Brandon and team!
Great trainer, great person and all around wonderful experience
Brandon and his team were so great for our Odie! Patient, worked with our schedule, and put in the time needed! We picked up Odie when she was about 4 months old and hadn’t really been socialized properly. She’s so much friendlier now and jumps right into unfamiliar situations with so much more ease. Thanks guys!
