Just picked our Arlo up and already see a world of difference. Their trainer Olivia was fantastic and made sure we had good knowledge on how to continue our pup's training at home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with k9 training needs.

So nice we sent her twice! We had great results with Riptide’s on leash training program when Natty was about 6 months. We just picked her up from the 2 week off leash training program and it is a *game changer*. Her off leash recall is incredible and I’m so impressed with how little we actually need to use the e-collar. She stays right by our sides while walking off leash and just today she was playing with another dog and I said, ‘Natty, come’ only once and she immediately turned around and ran to me. A month ago that exact interaction would’ve been a 15 minute ordeal of me yelling at her and tugging on the prong collar with very little success. Jeff was incredibly thorough in explaining the use of the collar and the specific commands she’s been trained to respond to. I especially appreciated the care he took in setting up/showing us the collar before we used it with Natty and took it home. Cannot recommend Jeff and Angie enough! If you’re looking for professional grade training and true care for your pup it has to be Riptide!
Jeff and Angie Riccio are amazing people who are super kind and easy to work with. Jeff is an amazing trainer and I've been going to him for several years for bitework and obedience lessons for PSA. I love his style of training and the experience and knowledge he has shows with every lesson. I highly recommend Riptide K9!
