Aaron is an exceptional trainer who provided the wisdom, professionalism and expertise necessary to help both me and my two French Bulldogs. After the three week boarding training session, there have been massive improvements in their behavior and my own ability to manage them, leading to an overall happier home. Aaron was an excellent communicator during our dog’s training session sending us daily updates and photos. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone seeking expert coaching. When I first started searching for a dog trainer for our aggressive dog, I was lost, emotional, and desperate for answers. After going through several trainers with little success, I found Jeff and everything changed. From the very first interaction, I knew he was going to be different. Before he even arrived for our initial assessment, Jeff called ahead to ask how we'd like to handle the introduction. The moment he walked through the door, I felt an immediate sense of calm. He has a quiet, grounded presence that puts both you and your dog at ease without him saying a word. What sets Jeff apart from every other trainer I've worked with is his ability to read a dog. He caught the smallest, most subtle signs of discomfort in our dog and responded to them thoughtfully and with care. He doesn't just train dogs, he understands them. He also has an incredible ability to read the owners too. He met me exactly where I was emotionally and never once made me feel judged for my worries. As a dog parent, the idea of leaving your pet, especially one with behavioral challenges, in someone else's care for an extended period is terrifying. Jeff made that fear disappear completely. I trust him 100% with the health and safety of our dog and that is not something I say lightly. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Judy, the head of operations. She was the first person we spoke with and honestly, she sold us on the company without even trying. The questions she asked, the genuine care in her voice, her kind and professional nature.
