RFRD Academy

I truly cannot say enough good things about RFRD Academy and the way they cared for my Great Dane, Solo, during one of the hardest times of my life. While I was going through cancer treatment, surgeries, and everything that came along with it, there were days when simply getting through the day was all I could manage. Knowing that Solo was somewhere safe, loved, cared for, and getting the attention and exercise he needed took such a huge weight off my shoulders. Solo isn’t just my dog he’s part of my family and has been by my side through some of the most difficult moments of my life. RFRD treated him like he was part of their family too. I never had to worry about whether he was okay, because I knew he was in the hands of people who genuinely cared about him. You never realize how much something like reliable, compassionate care for your dog can mean until you’re facing a situation where you physically can’t do everything yourself. RFRD gave me one less thing to worry about when my plate was already overflowing, and I will forever be grateful for that. Thank you to everyone at RFRD for loving my Solo, taking such great care of him, and being there for us during a chapter of our lives when we needed it most. What you did for us was so much more than just taking care of a dog.

We recently picked up our puppy after her 35-day Board & Train program at RFRD Academy, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This is actually our second dog to go through their program—the first was back in 2020—and the results have been just as impressive. Both of our dogs came home more disciplined, more confident, and with a much better understanding of their commands. One thing I appreciate is that RFRD Academy sets realistic expectations. The training doesn't end when your dog comes home. It still takes consistency and follow-through from us as owners, but they give you the foundation and tools needed for long-term success. We've also had our older dog on RFRD Academy's raw food for over six years, and people constantly comment on how young and healthy she looks. We truly believe her diet has played a big role in that. David and his entire team genuinely care about the dogs they work with, and it shows in everything they do. Whether it's training, boarding, or nutrition, they've earned our trust over the years. We highly recommend RFRD Academy and will continue bringing our dogs there for training, boarding, and their raw food.
