Revival Dog Training - East Village

My very anxious rescue puppy, Lotto, LOVES coming to Gracie and Hannah for training. Makes me so happy to see her little tail wagging wildly as we approach Revival. Once I put Lotto in Gracie's hands, she doesn't even look back at me as she runs up the hallway to her "school." My pup had such a hard time socializing before we started training. She was SO scared of people and dogs and the sidewalk in general, but signing up for day training has given her so much exposure and more confidence. She now sniffs peoples' shoes, and is a ton less scared on walks. Thanks to Revival, she is she isn't pooping or peeing in my apartment anymore, which means she isn't eating her poop either (SMH!) and she has started to signal to me with a whimper or a door scratch that she needs to go out. Gracie gave me great tips on how to get my pup to feel rewarded for doing her business outside of the home. Lotto is also walking so much better on a leash, and loves exploring in stores now. My pup also goes into her crate now just to chill throughout the day, and 9 out of 10 times sleeps thru the entire night in her crate without a single whimper. Let me tell you my pup was MISERABLE in her crate, crying-scratching-howling, before Gracie taught her it was a good place to be. THE BEST PART is the fully-narrated video Gracie sends after each full day of she and Hannah working with my pup, really solidifying the basic obedience commands. You can really see progress, shows what we are paying for, and it shows me exactly what to keep consistent. It is also super comforting to see Lotto genuinely enjoying! Highly recommend. Professional, caring, effective, great location. Excellent responsiveness and communication. Just seeing this pic of super-shy Lotto (the cream-colored floof on the left) WITH other dogs blew my mind and I was convinced this was the best thing for her. We started using Revival a few months ago to get some help with our high-energy, over-friendly and super strong puller chocolate lab. After a few day training sessions, she's walking so much better on leash and beginning to not need to overbearingly say hi to every dog on the street. What we especially like about Revival is the careful attention to issues, and then useful videos at the end of each training day so you can understand what is going on and practice it yourself with your pup. Hannah, who we've worked with, has also always been available to answer questions, identify solutions and then help us figure out how best to apply them. Highly recommend!

My dog (Lotti) and I are so happy Revival Dog Training recently opened! Lotti goes once a week or so for "Day Training", where she can spend the full day with the amazing trainers working on socializing with other dogs, tricks, and important skills like going out to eat. The trainers are lovely and always send great, newsy (and amusing) videos of what they worked on that day and how to continue training at home. I've noticed a big improvement in Lotti's behavior since she started going to Revival (and she definitely loves it!)
