FirstBarkMegan is amazing. She is kind and assertive with our dog. She helped us understand how our dog works so that we could best him. We have a terribly anxious dog who cannot be left home alone. Just one week of working with Megan and we have made life altering strides!

Our dog is a rescue with a traumatic past. He has to attack any big dog he sees. Megan did wonders with him in the first session and helped me have better control of my dog. She knows dogs! We are looking forward to additional training and finally resolving our dog’s reactivity problem. After several trainers, we finally have hope for our sweet boy. UPDATE: I took Quinn for a two mile walk this morning. We encountered dogs in backyards who bark viciously at him and dogs with their owners on leashes. We followed training procedures that Megan taught us. Quinn was fantastic. He was a bit nervous but he obeyed. He has pulled me to the ground from lunging at other dogs. No lunging! I am thrilled! This only took two training sessions. I have worked with three other trainers. Megan finally got him past wanting to fight other dogs. No other trainer was able to get this far with him. We could not be happier!
Megan was wonderful with our two dogs! After just one session, I felt more confident and comfortable, learned so much about our dogs, and had plenty of tips and advice to immediately implement in our home. Will absolutely continue working with her and can’t wait to see the growth in our two pups.
We completed a lesson for our rescue blue heeler. His anxiety was getting the best of me and not knowing how to completely help him left us hopeless. Now he’s actually calming down and responding very well to the techniques taught to us. Don’t give up on your pup, it can get better.

Working with Megan was such a relief. She never said things that made me feel bad as an owner and never typed my dog into a specific stereotype. I saw immediate opportunity for change of behavior on the first time working with her. About a week in, I had a hard day trying to continue training and consistency, Megan was literally just a text away giving me support and encouragement. I tell everyone who has ears to call her and help their dogs become the best versions of themselves!
